Due to the nature of digital content, which is accessible and downloadable immediately upon purchase, we apply the following rules:
No Refunds: All sales of digital products are final. Once the payment is confirmed and the download link is provided or the course access is granted, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Technical Support: If you experience any technical issues (e.g., broken links, corrupted files, or access errors), please contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a new link or fix the access issue within 24 business hours.
Recommendation: We strongly advise customers to review product descriptions and technical requirements (e.g., needing Guitar Pro software) before completing a purchase.
2. Physical Products (Printed Books, Workbooks, Accessories)
Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligible Cases:
Manufacturing defects (e.g., missing pages, printing errors).
Items damaged during transit (e.g., torn or water-damaged books).
Incorrect items sent (wrong title or quantity).
Condition for Returns: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and without any handwritten notes, markings, or stains.
